Architectural Design II (ARC60308)
Instructors: Ms Patmaselvi & Ar. Alina Choong
To understand the relationship between user and the context of the natural environment with the help of the fundamental principles and methods of analysis, abstraction, and synthesis in design thinking that are common to many design fields, in order to benefit us whenever we're involved in architectural-related studies.

Students will undertake a series of studio-based exercises and assignments that help us to conduct an investigation of the architectural spaces and construction through precedent studies the fundamental methods, and an exploration of form and space through architectural conceptualization. With these projects enhancing our design process and the importance of space planning between the user and context, it will then help us in designing a small freestanding structure that meets user requirements and engages with the site context.
